We offer returns for wrongly shipped beauty products and refunds for pre-delivered damaged hair devices only.
To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we confirm the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Domestic Orders: Returns are accepted only for damaged/defective/wrong products and should be done within 3 days after receiving the order. Please note: items on sale are nonrefundable.
International Orders: Returns are accepted only for damaged/defective/wrong products and are valid 7 days after your order is received. Items on sale are nonrefundable. Shipping fees are nonrefundable for international orders.
